3. User Accounts

To use most features of TuxResume, you must create an account. You agree to:

No refunds for partial months or unused credits

Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing period
Purchased credit packs never expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using TuxResume. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your content to provide the Service
Use AI to analyze and improve your content
Create backups of your content for service continuity

7.2 Our Content

All templates, designs, software, and other materials provided by TuxResume are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our templates outside the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Remove proprietary notices or labels

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Make emergency updates or fixes
Experience temporary outages due to technical issues

9. Data and Privacy

Results of job applications or hiring decisions
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
Results or outcomes from using the Service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuxMo Technologies LLP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another
Content you submit to the Service

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse or misuse the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability
